Bank interface UBS is working again.

From 09.05.2023 to 10.05.2023 the interface was not available. Since the evening of 10.05.2023 it is fully functional again.

Your connection from bexio to UBS was disconnected due to an error by UBS. Please reconnect by clicking on “Connect e-banking” and link your account again. You can then retrieve any missing transactions.

Resolved

From 13.03.2023 to 14.03.2023 the interface was not available. Since 15.03.2023 it is functional again. Please close potential gaps by retrieving the transactions again with the date filter or manually import for 13.03.

The root cause has been found and we are working with UBS to implement it.

Investigating

For some of you, the UBS banking interface is currently only available on a limited basis. The problem has been identified on the UBS side. We are still in close contact with UBS and are assisting in troubleshooting. The transmission of payment orders continues to work. We apologise for the inconvenience.
